Communication Foundations
Is this course right for you?
In a little over an hour it breaks effective communication into four building blocks — people, message, context and listening — and shows how to apply them, which makes it a genuinely useful grounding for a skill that shows up in almost every role. It's broad by design, so if you want one specific skill like public speaking or writing, a focused course will serve you better. It comes with a LinkedIn Learning subscription (usually a free trial first; free through many libraries) and the completion certificate it adds to your profile is a learning marker, not a formal qualification. Communication fundamentals don't date (as of 2026).
