Learn By Source.com (“we”, “our”, “the Site”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Affiliate click data: When you click a course link, we record the course slug, provider name, and the page you clicked from. This data is used internally to understand which courses are most useful to our audience. No personally identifiable information is attached to click records.

Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept” on our cookie consent banner. If you click “Decline”, no tracking cookies are set and GA4 does not collect data about your visit.

Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection on the contact form. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

AWS Amplify / CloudFront: Site hosting and delivery. Subject to AWS Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links connect to third-party course providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Your rights

GDPR (EU/EEA residents): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and declining on your next visit.

CCPA (California residents): We do not sell personal data. You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request deletion.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (up to 14 months for user-level data). Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. We do not retain data longer than necessary.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data via the contact form, please contact us for immediate removal.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
