Agile for Product Managers Micro-Certification
About this course
Agile for Product Managers covers the practical day-to-day of working in agile teams: scrum ceremonies and the PM's role in each (sprint planning, standup, sprint review, retrospective), writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, working with engineering teams on sprint velocity and capacity, and adapting agile practices for different team contexts.
While not a Scrum Master certification (that's a separate credential with a different scope), this micro-cert builds the agile fluency PMs need to be effective in the most common software development methodology. It complements the Product Strategy cert by adding the execution layer: how strategy translates into sprint work.
