The real CISSP is a separate ISC2 exam costing about $749, and — crucially — it carries a five-year relevant-work-experience requirement, with only limited waivers. Passing the exam without that experience doesn't make you a CISSP; it makes you an Associate of ISC2 while you accrue the years. So if you lack the security experience, the credential isn't yet within reach no matter how well this course goes.

Take it, then, as a low-cost way to study the material and drill practice questions, not a shortcut to the letters after your name. Udemy lists a high price but it's almost always $12–20 on sale with lifetime access, so wait for the discount, and check the course matches the current exam outline since ISC2 updates the domains periodically (as of 2026).
